Thank you for your interest in Behold Publications materials! There are several options available for placing an order:

• Orders may be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Click on our product line for secure online order.
• Toll Free Call 1-866-305-8362 from anywhere within the U.S. and 1-502-225-6252 for international calls. Our phone representatives are available to help you place your order Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm, Eastern time. We are closed for lunch noon to 1 pm. Please have your credit card information handy.

We can accept payment by check and money order as well as PayPal and all major credit cards. All prices listed on this website are in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery

Our goal is to ship your order within 24 hours. We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS Ground, and FedEx. Shipment tracking is sent to you upon shipping. Please keep track of your packages and if they don’t arrive when scheduled, contact us immediately. We cannot replace packages that are marked “delivered” by the USPS or FedEx. Please ensure that you locate your packages that have been marked as “delivered.”

Shipping: U.S. Our shipping costs are determined by weight of your materials and the distance shipped. Our shopping cart is directly linked to USPS and FedEx to insure the most accurate shipping costs. Our base shipping is USPS Priority Mail. Delivery is usually 3-5 business days. Express shipping is available through FedEx Express and Overnight. Orders over $250.00 receive free ground shipping, unless otherwise requested (requesting a different shipping type will charge full price for the shipment). To determine your individual shipping costs, add your items to the shopping cart and click “check rates” to choose your preferred shipping.

* PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL: Estimated shipping time is 10-14 days for Priority Mail International shipments. Behold Publications is not responsible for international shipments once they leave the U.S. Upon delivery, the customer is responsible for any taxes, customs, or duties which may be imposed by the destination country.

Return Policy

If you receive the wrong item, or the material is defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for return shipping so that you do not incur any cost. You must contact us within seven days with problems or omissions in your order. We cannot rectify problems if not contacted within seven days of package delivery.

Returns are accepted 30 days from purchase and must be accompanied by the Return Form. Returned item(s) must arrive in brand new condition and must arrive within 30 days of sale to receive a full refund. Items returned beyond the 30-day time-frame will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items: Please note that close-out items, personalized items and instant downloads are final sale items; no returns are accepted.

PRIVACY POLICY

Behold Publications, LLC  does not share, sell, rent, or give away our customers’ personal information, other than what is necessary to process and fill orders.  We do not store individual credit card information for any reason.  We do not sell or rent our customers’ email addresses; for customers to receive our monthly newsletter, they must subscribe.
